Rise 380 is a home-based micro bakery, operating under Texas Cottage Food Law. Everything I make is slow-fermented, made from scratch with organic unbleached flour, and baked in small batches. Rise 380 operates primarily through weekly pre-orders with porch pickup in Mustang Lakes, Celina. Custom orders and special requests are welcomed based on availability.
